The IAYMH hold its Annual General Meeting at the International Conference in Dublin at 8am on Tuesday 26 September at The Clayton Hotel, Upper Leeson Street, Dublin 4.
This will be combined with a special general meeting which will provide members with the opportunity to vote on a newly drafted constitution that will govern the Association into the future.
Members are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting in order to vote on the new constitution. The explanatory notes provide details outlining the new changes.
Those unable to be present at the meeting can fill in a proxy form, which can be scanned, signed and emailed to the Secretary of the Association so that your vote can be counted at the meeting. If you’re not sure who will be attending the meeting and able to vote on your behalf, you can nominate the meeting chair (President) who can cast your vote for you. We encourage as many members to vote as possible for this important change which will assist the Association to better support its membership base.
